Testicular feminization syndrome is a complete androgen insensitivity. The phenotype of this condition is female, despite the normal male karyotype of this condition in female, despite the normal male karyotype 46XY. Recently we experienced a
case
of
this syndrome and removed the gonad by pelviscopic surgery, so we present it with brief review of literature.
